Rates for Year of 2010:


Winter Season 2010: 2 night minimum. (Sept-May, except holidays)

**$1,800 for 2 night Booking (900/nt)
**$2,400 for 3 nights for (800/nt)
**$2,800 for 4 nights for (700/nt)
**$650/night thereafter (5+nights).
**$8,400. 2+ week booking special. ($600 /night)
-2 night minimum for all non-peak bookings-

   **  Additional:  Cleaning Fee of $375. (one time) + $500.00 Holding/Security Deposit (Fully Refundable).  No Tax!


***Extra $200. for small parties at the home of 30 people or less (includes caterers) due to extra cleaning and trash collected from such events;  Thank you for understanding.

Single / Inbetween Nights 2010 :    
Allowed inbetween bookings , last minute, and or if extra days in month:
  • $1095.00 for 1nt. (only if one night possible)
  • $850/2nts. (if take left over dates inbetween bookings.)

Holiday Times, 2010- Rates and minimums -

  • Winter Break/Ski Week  .....................................................$750/night.......*6nt minimum*
  • Thanksgiving (11/19-28).......................................................$850/night...... *5nt minimum*
  • Winter Break: (12/17-26)......................................................$950/night...... *6nt minimum*
  • New Years  (12/27-1/4).........................................................$950/night...... *5nt minimum*

Summer, Winter, & Holiday seasons

  • The Marin Vacation Home incourages stays of 5+nights by offering its best rates for those times.
Winter Season 2011: 2 night minimum. (Oct - May, except holidays)

**$1,800 for 2 night Booking (900/nt)
**$2,400 for 3 nights for (800/nt)
**$2,800 for 4 nights for (700/nt)
**$650/night thereafter (5+nights).
**$8,400. 2+ week booking special. ($600 /night)

 Summer Season 2011: Peak: (June, July, August, September)  

-  4 night minimum for Weekends (includes Friday/Saturday nights) -

   **$4,550 for  7+ nights (650/night) Includes Fri/Sat**
   **$4,200 for   6 nights   (725/night) Includes Fri/Sat**
   **$4,000 for   5 nights   (825/night) Includes Fri/Sat**
   **$3,600 for   4 nights   (925/night) Includes Fri/Sat**
  
Friday/Satuday nights must be booked together.  Thank you.

Additional Fee Info:

  • $500 Refundable Security Deposit + $375 cleaning fee (one time).
  • Holding deposit for Reservation during Peak & Holiday bookings is 1/2 of the total rental nights reserved--
  • Additional visits (after booking) to the home for extra
    viewing can be arranged with an additional $50 fee, per hour visit.
    Early drop off of goods is not available due to liability.
  • Early/Late Check-out: can be arranged with an additional
    $50 fee extra/per hr- 3hrs max, but cannot be quaranteed until one week prior to check-in due
    to possible other booking on same day.

Check-in/out Times:
  • Check-in starts at 3 pm on the arrival date and Check-out must occur by 11 am on the departure date.
  • Early check-in and late check-out times may be possible by prior written arrangement, but can only be confirmed several days before the arrival date, since they are dependent on the schedules of others.
  • An additional fee of $50 apply, per hr.
