Winter Season: (Sept-May, except holidays)

**$1,700 for 2 night Booking (850/nt)
**$2,250 for 3 nights for (750/nt)
**$2,800 for 4 nights for (700/nt)
**$650/night thereafter (5+nights).
**$8,400. 2+ week booking special. ($600 /night)

Summer Season: Peak: ( May 30,31 - June, July, August)

Friday/Satuday nights must be booked together

$650 / night. ($4,550.00 1 week)
$625/night - 2/week special. ($8,750.)
1 week minimum, unless dates are "Loners"
(ie: inbetween other weekly bookings - see "availability" calender)

Loner dates / inbetween bookings or extra days in month:
Dates that are inbetween other bookings: $1,000 for 1nt.(only if one night possible) / $800 2nts.
Sliding scale rate system; See Non-Peak Rates. No parties, please.

- Winter Break/Ski Week (Feb.15th - 26th) .................... $750/night... *6nt minimum*

- July4th -Independence Week- (July 1 -July 5th)..............$ See scale below... *Nightly- see rates*
       *Marin County Fair - Full Fireworks from home, every night, 9-10pm, see pic above
         (spectacular straight on Firework Views for 1hr,  throughout home, whole week!)
~All 5 nights for $700night (Wed-Sun)= $3,750.00
~Nightly @ $875. night.

- Thanksgiving (Nov20-29th) ........................................ $775/night... *6nt minimum*

- Winter Break: (Dec. 18st - 28th) ................................ $775/night... *7nt minimum*
- New Years:  (Dec.26th - Jan 3rd) ............................... $775/night... *5nt minimum*

---$650.00 each additional night past minimum stay, unless rolls into more holiday dates---

Additional Fees:

  • $500 Refundable Security Deposit + $325 cleaning fee (one time).
  • Holding deposit for Reservation during Peak & Holiday bookings is 1/2 of the total rental nights reserved--
  • Additional visits (after booking) to the home for extra
    viewing can be arranged with an additional $50 fee, per hour visit.
    Early drop off of goods is not available due to liability.
  • Early/Late Check-out: can be arranged with an additional
    $50 fee extra/per hr- 3hrs max, but cannot be quaranteed until one week prior to check-in due
    to possible other booking on same day.

Arrival/Departure Times:

•Check-in starts at 3 pm on the arrival date and Check-out must occur by 11 am on the departure date.

•Early check-in and late check-out times may be possible by prior
written arrangement, but can only be confirmed several days before the
arrival date, since they are dependent on the schedules of others.

  • An additional fee of $50 apply, per hr.
