Year Round Rates: 2 seasons, Winter & Summer: Holiday Rates differ (see Holiday):

Winter Season: (Sept-May, except holidays)

**$1,700 for 2 night Booking (850/nt)

**$2,250 for 3 nights for (750/nt)

**$2,800 for 4 nights for (700/nt)

**$650/night thereafter (5+nights).

**$8,400. 2+ week booking special. ($600 /night)

Dates that are inbetween other bookings: $1,000 for 1nt.(only if one night possible) / $800 2nts. Sliding scale rate system; See Non-Peak Rates. No parties, please.

-Winter Break/Ski Week (Feb.15th - 26th).$750/night.. *6night minimum*

-Spring Break (April 4th -13th)............$750/night…...*6night minimum*

-July4th- Marin County Fair - Full Fireworks from home!

Independence Week (July 2 -July6th)...$750/nt...3 nt minimum*

  • Unbelievable full-on Fireworks every night, 9-10pm! Put on by
    the Marin Civic Ctr, which also hosts the fair all week- beautiful view
    of it all from home!

-Thanksgiving -2night minimum

-Winter Break: (Dec. 21st - 26th) ...........$775/night.....*7night minimum*

-New Years.(Dec.27th - Jan 2nd) .........$775/night....*5night minimum*

---$650.00 each additional night past minimum stay, unless rolls into more holiday dates---

Additional Fees:

  • $500 Refundable Security Deposit + $325 cleaning fee (one time).
  • Holding deposit for Reservation during Peak & Holiday bookings is 1/2 of the total rental nights reserved--
  • Additional visits (after booking) to the home for extra
    viewing can be arranged with an additional $50 fee, per hour visit.
    Early drop off of goods is not available due to liability.
  • Early/Late Check-out: can be arranged with an additional
    $50 fee extra/per hr- 3hrs max, but cannot be quaranteed until one week prior to check-in due
    to possible other booking on same day.

Arrival/Departure Times:

•Check-in starts at 3 pm on the arrival date and Check-out must occur by 11 am on the departure date.

•Early check-in and late check-out times may be possible by prior
written arrangement, but can only be confirmed several days before the
arrival date, since they are dependent on the schedules of others.

  • An additional fee of $50 apply, per hr.
