Upper level: 1 Bedroom total+Bonus Loft space:  Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, private deck, walk in closet, master bathroom. Also, Seperate family "loft" area that opens to main areas below of main level.

Lower level: 3 bedrooms total- 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 full size beds. Seperate laundry room, fully updated bathroom.

• Incredibly spacious. 3 large sofas and coffee table in middle of room. Extra square table with seating for 2 and another small round table with seating for 2.

**Lawn 1: Entrance lawn/patio. Very Private and large. Spacious patio area at the base, by front door, has water feature and ample seating.

**Lawn 2: Small middle lawn with Hammock and views. Get to this lawn by 2 small pathways or lower level deck.

**Lawn 3: Large Lower Lawn area. Very Large. This area comes with gas BBQ and branches to many pathways around home and lower acraege of property.

**Main Level Deck: Very Large deck. Plenty of patio seating. Large Oak tree comes up through the deck shading it just right on those hot summer months! (In the winter there are no leaves, letting the sun in!)

**Upper Level balcony off Master Suite with own entrance: Small balcony deck, with own stair entrance from front lawn area. Beautiful Views of Terra Linda Open Space Ridge.
