Marin Vacation Home has 6+ bedrooms that are fresh and delightful. Retreat Home can sleep up to 20 comfortably!

6 bedrooms total + Loft area: sleeps 20:
- 5 bedrooms have Queen beds. (sleeps 5 couples)
- 6th bedroom has 2 full size beds. (sleeps 2 couples)
- Loft (7th room)- features a Queen bed, and white Leather futon, full size.
(sleeps 1 couple) (Fold-a-ways (2 of the 4 mentioned above in master closet) - Four (4) additional fold-a-way beds. (sleeps 1 to each , so = 4 total.)
- Plush bedding and white sheets decorate all beds!
- 3 Full Baths- one on each floor of 3 floors. All updated and luxurious.
So, if only one person to a bed: the home sleeps 12 by:
- 5 bedrooms have Queen beds. (1 person to each queen bed= 5)
- 6th bedroom has 2 full size beds. (1 person to each full bed= 2)
- 7th room (Loft) has Queen bed (1 to Queen bed)
- Four (4) additional fold-a-way beds available at home.(1 person to each=4)

Greeted by no stairs and gorgeous Views, enter from the sunny front gated patio area into the grand Great Room, open "American style" Kitchen, as well as main floor's 2 bedrooms and bath.
Wood flooring throughout home!
Enter home, via a level entry (no steps) onto Main Floor (middle of 3 floors).
Main level has 2 bedrooms on one side - open main areas on other. Fun & Privacy for everyone!
Main Floor - Bedroom #1 (pic above)- Features wood floors, Queen Bed & Garden View. No stairs.
Main Floor Bathroom (accomodates rooms #2 & #3)
Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed - Main Floor - Mountain Views. No stairs.

Master Bedroom (Room #1) also enjoys a large private Bathroom.
Loft / "7th Room":
Across Master, via breezeway - Bonus Loft Area (7th room) - Wood flooring. Views!
Queen bed in Loft, 2 Fold-a-way's in Master closet, dressed.
Lower Floor: Consists of 3 bedrooms, laundry, bathroom and large deck.
Bedroom 4:
Bedroom #4 (above): Lower Floor - Queen Bed - wood floors - Deck access - Views! Fold-a-way in closet. Individual thermostate control (for all lower 3 bedrooms).
Bedroom 5:
Bedroom #5 - Lower Floor - Queen Bed - Wood floor - Individual thermostate control - Deck access! Views!
Bedroom 6:
Bedroom #6 - Lower Floor - 2 Full size beds - Wood floor - Fold-a-way in closet - Individual thermostate control - Views! Deck access.

Full Bathroom - Lower Floor - (accomodates rooms #4, #5, & #6)
Lower level deck - seats 10!
Rooms #4, #5, & #6 all have direct access onto this large lower deck with pleanty of seating (10) and has great natural feeling with beautiful views. Awesome.
